From A Good Time To A Ghosting Time

Have you ever been on such an amazing date and felt that the energy was just so amazing that this person may be the one? Yeah, this hopeless romantic gets way too ahead of himself. I personally don’t like dating because my heart gets too involved right away. As an empath it’s a challenge to not be overly excited or stimulated by a potential partner! The excitement of meeting someone new is so thrilling! The only thing I have become cautious of is if someone tell me sweet nothings. Going on a date with someone that seems like the perfect fit, the night goes so well, sex after is amazing and so are the cuddles…But the aftermath is unenjoyable. Going from vibing and telepathically knowing each other as if we met in a past life lead to becoming ignored. Being left on read is truly disheartening, Every time I let myself be vulnerable and talk to someone new, I always get played. When will this nightmare end? A part of me wants to text you and ask what’s going on or why are you ghosting? But being left on read for days is a slap to the face on its own, I don’t even know if you deserve another text from me. Thought this connection was different, but you showed me that it’s rare to find someone that is ready to learn more about someone.
