Mixed Signals & Deep Conversations
Have you ever dated/talked to someone and it seems like everything is going fine and then they just seem unavailable? Yeah, I think I have come to the age where I won’t tolerate that anymore! Hard conversations whether they are with someone else or yourself are always going to be hard but they are necessary in life especially during growing eras! How much are you willing to wait for someone to decide what they want?
Knowing your self worth is so powerful! You know, the self work I have done the past 2 years have been incredible. I have faced many demons and worked on a lot of trauma from my life and childhood. I can’t expect everyone to be on the same journey/level. Some people work on themselves earlier in life, later in life or never… Dating and meeting people are a part of life and you aren’t going to match everyones journey. Sometimes you meet someone really cool and you vibe with them but your realms are in different dimensions. I spent a lot of my twenties, dating men who weren’t emotionally available. I turned 30 and with all my, self work a lot of things became clear to me. I am at a phase in my life where I am ready to love and give love, but the other partner needs to be ready to receive it and match the passion I am giving. I want a lover not a sucker of my energy. Even if I meet someone really cool and things seem great, I dont want to waste my time on a journey that is leading to a dead end. Now, I dont believe that meeting new people and dating is a waste of time because you can learn valuable lessons from dating, but dating someone that will not reciprocate or can’t make up their mind and you are in the middle of their crossfire, you are going to get shot with a cupid arrow of flames! For me that is a risk I refuse to take. I had my fair share of risky connections in my twenties were I was left in flames. I rather float above Earth and live my truth than be on a journey of flames leading to a dead end & end up burning in flames due to someone else's confusion…
